Cocina Hermanos Torres, another restaurant with TPB Tech
The Cocina Hermanos Torres restaurant, already distinguished with 2 Michelin stars, is the most ambitious project of the twins Sérgio and Javier Torres, the famous pair of Spanish Chefs. The 800 m2 space was once a car workshop. Today, it is one of the most renowned restaurants in Barcelona, where guests can taste delicious dishes from its kitchen, right in the centre of the dining area. As the Torres brothers say, the space is "a kitchen with a restaurant, not a restaurant with a kitchen", where all work areas are equipped with TPB Tech ceramic surfaces, ready for chefs to cook on directly and concoct their dishes from start to finish.
